Yeees, it’s another brownie recipe! I'm really excited to share it with you. It's vegan, sugar free and SO yummy!! My housemates can confirm it. ;) I got some inspiration on a German blog - „dervegistdasziel“. However, I did not use any sugar and used some brazil nuts instead of almonds.

450gr kidney beans (soaked over night and cooked or from the glas)
100gr dates (pitted)
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt (I used Maldon salt)
6 tbsps pure cacao powder
a handful of crushed brazil nuts
1.) Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
2.) Put all ingredients into a blender, except the brazil nuts
3.) Add the crushed nuts to the dough
4.) Put the dough on a baking sheet in a baking form and bake for about 35-40minutes
Cut and enjoy!! <3
